Troubadour, balladeer, poet, football fan Bob Dylan, sat down to give his views on the the upcoming Broncos/ Steelers playoff game. Even though Bob’s team, the Minnesota Vikings, is out, we try to console him on the Vikes:

S.O.S.: We know you’re into the playoffs. Hope the Vikes being out doesn’t bother you.
Dylan:  Donnn’t thinkkk twice, it’s all riiiightttttt.

S.O.S.: This week the Pittsburgh Steelers travel to Denver to challenge the hottest team in football in the Broncos. Do you think Jerome Bettis will be able to run against the improved Bronco defense? How well will he run?
Dylan:  Like a rolliiigggg stoonnne. He’ll never compromise. He’s not selling anyyyy alibis.

S.O.S.:  So the “Bus” will be rolling. Is that your opinion? He’ll be hitting them like a hurricane.  
Dylan:  He’ll never turn around to see the frowns on the jugglers and the clowns. He’ll hit ‘em like a Hurricane, in a hot New Jersey night. He’ll be the man authorities came to blame… and the all-white jury…

S.O.S.:  Bob, are you still with us?  Okay.  We’ll agree that the Steelers should be able to run some on the Broncs but can they stop Plummer? Plummer can beat them deep. They bite, sometimes on the fake and he’s got that great pump…
Dylan:  The pump won’t work cause the vandals stole the handle.

S.O.S.:  So he won’t be able to pump fake them? They’re too good? But Plummer has this great protection… an experienced line and …
Dylan:  They need somewhere to go … as I look out tonight from … desolation row.

S.O.S.:  Bob, you’ve got to admit, there’s no more cocky quarterback anywhere than Plummer. He can’t be shook.
Dylan:  Then they’ll kill him with self confidence after poisoning him with words…

S.O.S.:   Ummm? Poisoning him with words? Maybe we should take a break. How’s your friend Johnny and will he be going to the game? Will the weather bother him?
Dylan:    Johnny’s in the basement, mixing up the medicine. I’m on the pavement but you don’t need a weatherman to know which way the wind’s blowing.

S.O.S.:  Okay, so that means the weather won’t have any effect on this game. The Steelers are going to gain yards on the ground but Plummer is going to have trouble passing? How about big Ben Roethlisberger, do you think he’ll have a good game? He’s a giant, right?
Dylan:   He has many contacts among the lumberjacks. But nobody has any respect. They already expect you to just give a check…

S.O.S.:  So who’ll win? Are you sure it’ll be Pittsburgh?
Dylan:   You put your eyes in your pocket and your nose on the ground. There ought to be a law against you coming around.

S.O.S.:  So I guess that means the Broncos?
